A Joyful Day

During a Joyful Day, the sun shines and birds chirp. I make a conscious effort to pause during my daily walks and take notice of my surroundings, as I sometimes go through life on autopilot. I find it important to take in the colors and beauty of my environment, even if only for a brief moment.
